XBM Limited
The XBM family of businesses are some of the fastest growing office technology and managed print companies in the UK, with offices in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, and London, a Regional Sales and Service Hub in Birmingham, and our Head Office, Regional Sales and National Service Centre in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Led by a management team with over 30 years of experience in business technologies, XBM was incorporated in 2008. In 2022, XBM acquired iDoc Services Limited, a London based managed print and document solutions company with a national clientele, and Apex Workflows Limited, an East Midlands managed print and document solutions company. In 2023, XBM acquired the assets and customer base of Managed Print Solutions (Scotland) Ltd. adding to our existing Scottish customer base, and allowing us to open our first office in Scotland, in Glasgow.
2023 has also seen XBM aproved on the National Education Print Agreement (NEPA2) Framework, following our sponsorship by Epson. This allows us to further expand our support for universities, colleges, and schools, and a wide range of other publicly funded organisations.
Still to come in 2023, we are planning further expansion through both new business and acquisitions.
Accreditations
Our businesses are accredited by leading technology manufacturers, such as Epson, Develop, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, SMART, and SoftAV (now part of XBM) and act as a highly trusted resellers for a wide range of technology and solutions providers, including MyQ, PaperCut, Square 9, Docuware, and InVentry.
We are an Epson Platinum Partner, one of only two in the UK, a prestigious status awarded by Epson based on a comprehensive set of criteria including product focus, expertise, sales, and the high level of support we provide for our customers.
We are also a Ricoh Gold partner, a valued relationship that has been ongoing for many years. Ricoh released its first compact and affordable digital office copier back in 1987 and has been a leader in the move from analog-to-digital workflows.
XBM is accredited with ISO 9001 for Management Standards, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management Standards, and Cbyber Essentials which benchs our cyber security. Accreditation is an essential tool to help XBM asses and maintain the highest standards for both the way we work as a business, but also for the standards of products and services we provide for our customers.

However, XBM is no longer just "The Photocopier Company". The 21st century workplace requires interactive AV systems and digital signage, IT, Telcoms, and digital document management and workflow solutions, as well as digital visitor and sutudent managements systems. XBM has rapidly become the first choice sustainable technology provider for many UK businesses, schools, colleges, charities and organisations of all sizes.
And, yes, we do still supply photocopiers, multifunction, and single function printers, whether you need just the one, or a whole fleet for multiple sites across the UK.
